SQUEAK BEGONE

I am a Sterilising Technician working in CSD in the private Healthcare. Part of my Job is Sterilising trays of Instruments. I do this be loading a rack into a large steam Steriliser, I use a trolley to load and unload. Our trolleys (I work in a team) we have 3 Sterilisers that are used all day for 10 to 12 hrs. They all have a loud bad squeak and are stiff to turn as well. We have complained about them, but have been told they won't be fixed of replaced due to Hospital budgets. So we thought. Hhmm lets give WD40 a go...!!! And guess what it worked a treat... As you can see from my before and after pics and videos. No more Squeak or stiffness. Thanks. WD40...!!!
